I have a question that I have been working through for some time now are the following payday loan companies legal in the state of mississippi

Ameriloan
USfastcash
viploanshop
cashcall

I have paid faithfully for quite sometime but I am tired of the cycle of not having my paycheck.

I called the MS Department of Banking. None of your lenders are legal which means you are only morally responsible for paying back the original principal amount borrowed. Click on the sticky on how to deal with unlicensed lenders, follow every step and good luck to you!!

so my steps of action are as follows.

1. secure new checking account

2. send letters to all companies informing them they are not legal

3. send letter to employer regarding wage garnishement

Yes and make sure that your new checing account is in no way linked to the old and do not under any circumstances give out your new checking account information

idealget is also illegal. Follow the same procedure for them as well. We all have been in your shoes, it does get better, hang in there. Keep us posted on your progress!

Yes, it does take some hard work on your part, but worth it in the long run. Eventually, you will be payday loan free and that is a wonderful feeling!!
