I just wanted to thank you so much for your site!!! I live in TN, I followed your advice to the letter on Mobiloans.... a week later I received an email from them telling me that my account is paid in full and they will close it. Nothing about my refund of course, but I am just relieved to be done with them. I am on cloud 9 to say the least. I just sent the letter to Great Plains Lending... should I expect the same from them since they are both tribal loans and I live in TN... I do owe them a balance of $500.00 and intend on paying them on a monthly installment once I receive word back from them. (on a prepaid debit card of course).

On another note.. I have a friend who also lives in TN who received the following after she sent her letter to Mobiloans ..... She has used them a couple of times and has overpaid way over what I have. ...

"The issue you've described in your email may be resolved more efficiently if we can speak with you."

Please contact the Mobiloans Customer Support Team at 877-836-1518 between our operating hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday and Saturday 7:00 am CT to 3:00 pm CT. We look forward to assisting you.

She is beside herself with worry thinking she won't get the same outcome as me. But I told her that it has to have the same outcome, we live in the same state, and it is illegal in this state.

I just wanted to double check with you guys "the experts", lol.... This forum has been such a blessing to me, I was so totally scared about how to handle these people and you have helped me beyond belief. I am trying to help my friend out as well, so I told her about your website. Thank you for all you do!!

no do not call these imbecils.they want to lie, harrass, and threaten.they are tribal, illegal, and know it.they just want to argue on the phone.have your friend resend the original email, and wait for a response to it.nothing more.

Great news we have both heard from Mobilians and received PIF letters.. Haven't heard from Castle or Great Plains .. So should we expect the sane outcome from both?? And don't pay anything until they agree to our terms right???

Wonderful on the PIF's. Print and keep in safe place for future reference if needed. Castle and Great Plains are deciding on their next course of action. Be paitient, you will hear from them. You are absolutely correct do not pay anything until they agree to your terms. No agreement, no money....plain and simple.

Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy about your recent experience. Our reputation is important to us and, as such, we are willing to consider the circumstances surrounding your request in order to determine the appropriate action. Having reviewed your complaint in detail, we would like to mention a few points of issue before commenting on a resolution.
We would like to point out that when you were presented and signed the Loan Agreement (which fully discloses the terms as well as the payment options) on August 8, 2013 at 7:19 AM from IP 64.49.225.6, it was your responsibility to read the terms and conditions.
Please be advised that Red Rock Tribal Lending, LLC (D/B/A Castlepayday.com) is a Tribal enterprise, wholly owned and operated by the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, a federally-recognized Indian tribe and sovereign government (“Tribe”). Because the Tribe regulates its own consumer financial services pursuant to Tribal law, state licensure or regulation is unnecessary and inapplicable to the Tribe, and, by extension, Red Rock Tribal Lending, LLC.
Notification was sent to your email address (beshearstony@yahoo.com) at the time of funding approval, as well as prior to each and every due date, in which specifically details in bold the auto renewal policy that is about to occur and the payment options available. You have submitted your complaint from this same email address therefore, confirming you have in fact received the approval and renewal emails mentioned above.

Our records indicate that your current balance is $1812.50. This includes the Principal amount of $1450.00 plus the Finance Fee of $362.50.
Having stated the above, we understand that many people are experiencing difficult times. So, while we are not obligated to do so, and in full and final settlement of your grievance and any claims you may wish to assert against us, we will agree to the amount and schedule below. Once all the agreed upon settlement payments have been successfully paid, we will waive the remaining balance on your account. Agreeing to this settlement will freeze any interest or fee amounts currently outstanding.

Although we do accept Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks, we strongly recommend that you select ACH transfer to prevent any issues that may result from an untimely or lost payment sent through the U.S. postal system. Please notify us if you would like to use a payment method other than ACH.

To finalize this settlement option, please reply “I AGREE” in the subject heading of the email. You hereby voluntarily authorize us to initiate automatic debit entries to your Bank Account in accordance with this Agreement. Only upon receipt will settlement be made. For the unregistered above - first please register with the forums and secondly if you have loans with them also please follow the link below in my signature on how to deal with - all steps, in order. Is this the only loan you have - if not list out who else and amounts of loan borrowed - how much repaid to date - and the state you reside in.
