Threatening calls please help

I applied for a payday loan filled out the information but never actually took a loan and nothing has ever been deposited into my account.
Now, I am getting threat calls, informing me that a legal action against me is on its way within 2 days not until my lawyer or I will contact them immediately.it says they have information and action will be taken to garnish your wages.
What can I do to make these calls stop???

a scam in INDIA gets peoples info.also other scams,but they are just scams.report and ignore.

Thi happened to me too. I told them stop stop calling or I would call the FCC file a complaint and they would be arrested as their calls are illegal. I never heard from them again. These are truly scams.
