Help with PDL!!

Ok, so first off I live in Illinois, I have taken out a few online pdl, I have always these on time until I noticed a national credit adjuster took out $125 out of my bank acct for no reason, so I closed my acct and opened a new one up, but I did not give these current pdl's I have my new information due to I will pay these on my terms now, besides I did get in over my head with them to where my paycheck is gone, here are my lenders
Archway- 200.00
Discount advance 400.00 Pd 75.00
Cardinal mgt 200.00 pd about 300.00 just in interest
Spot on loans 350.00
Ameriloan 300.00 pd 180.00 in interest only
EZ pay 350.00 pd 105.00 in interest.
My question is how can I handle these myself, and find out if they are legal or not all of these I'm sure tried to get money out of my acct last Friday, and couldn't im sure my phone will be burning up soon, I'm just angry that this NAC took money out of my acct for no reason, it said it was for an everestcashadvance I've never had a loan with this company at all. Please any advice would help Thanks..

One of your loans is offshore and another is tribal...cant find
One of your loans is offshore and another is tribal...cant find other websites for others but at least 2 are illegal. Go thru each lenders website and see where they are located or if they are tribal...good indication that they are illegal loans.
