Is Arrowead investments a PDL and can they send the acct to a collection agency

yes arrowhead investments is a pdl,and an illegal one at that.another yes to the fact that most likely anybody collecting for them will be unlicensed therefore illegal as well.so it is a scare tactic.they are part of GRC.there are a few d/b/a's associated with them.please recall what pdl's you had.that will help.
