I have two loans out on is from
Ace Express Loan- 400.00 paid over 500.00
I know it legal in Texas.
The one I need to know about is
Action Payday Loan-400 I have paid over 600.00. They debit my account every week for 60.00 and now started debit it twice one for the 60.00 and then 25.00 to pay down. I have well over paid the amount I brought. Is this company Legal in Texas?

You should contact with the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner to know whether or not pdl companies are licensed in your state. If you find that they are not licensed to operate in your state, then you can get rid of the debts by paying them only the principal amount. Since you have paid them more than the principal, then ask them for the refund. Illegal; lenders won???t be able to take any legal action against you. Close your bank account asap so that they can???t debit money from your account in future.
