PayDay One is a Legal licensed lender. They can pursue civil action against your for nonpayment.
Have you defaulted with them yet? If you haven't I suggest you call them and set up a payment arrangement. They have been pretty good with other members here on the forum. Best of luck to you

Payday One can, but they don't normally go after anyone. They aren't even hardcore collectors the way most of the other companies are. If you call them they'll probably agree to just let you pay back the principal (including any payments you already made).

That may be the case, but the OP needs to be made aware of the possibilities. Never underestimate a Legal lender.

It was not my experience that they let you pay back only principal. I found them to be into playing games to rack up additional fees. I have already over paid this loan back in interest. After a week of daily negotiation the best they would agree to is 6 equal bi-weekly payments, they told me that was the best they could offer. In addition they continued to charge me a DAILY fee for each day it has been past my due date and they would'nt even begin to discuss payments with me until after my account was a week past due. So I am paying a significant amount in interest and fees over the principal and thats not including all of the payments I have already made.
