I posted for the first time yesterday about my payday loans. I'm now desperate, I have so many debits and NSF charges going out of my bank now that I can't pay my other bills. I don't know what to do. If anyone out there has any ideas please help. I'm at my wits end.:cry:

Darlene, it's a terrible situation to be in. The fees those places charge you just kill you come payday. This site has tremendous info that will help you. I had a total of 6 online loans myself. I found out that 5 of the 6 were illegal. I have way overpaid on two of them and I'm not sending them anymore money. I sent out the letters and e-mails to all of them advising them that enough was enough.

I was able to close my bank acct earlier this week and was very happy when I checked my acct today and saw no fees had been deducted from any of them. I am paying back the others what I owe them, that is the amount that I originally borrowed.
