anyone had any success with them, are they legal in dc??
i have sent numerous emails and faxes, but i havent heard a word from them

They are pretty much illegal. I received the same treatment. T
They are pretty much illegal. I received the same treatment. They sent me to collections yet, they still e-mail me weekly offering me settlements on my account. I have e-mailed all kinds of responses and still get the same old e-mail. I have faxed and sent letters and still get the same old response. My theory is, they are not calling me and automated responses are not that bad.
