What are the laws in NY for the amounts that are allowed to be taken out??? CAN SOMEONE HELP ME??

Pay day loans are ILLEGAL in NYS. All you are morally obligated

Pay day loans are ILLEGAL in NYS. All you are morally obligated to repay is the principle amount borrowed. All fees and interest paid go toward that principle.
