Isn't that intentionally defrauding someone? I understand that things can be tough, I think that most you will talk to on this site have been there, but I'm not sure that anyone has intentionally set out to take peoples money and not pay it back? What could be so bad that you'd intentionally put youreself in this situation?

Oh they will hassle you...they will call you and everyone you know including your employer and parents and all of your next door neighbours. What you are proposing is fraud, pure and simple

what about them being illegal and charging outragous fees isnt that also fraud. I need the money that is what is pure and simple.

After reading on here, when I filed out the applications I listed all fake references. And I plan on changing my phone number, so they will not be able to harass me.

They will still call all your neighbors and everyone with the same last name as you near you...thru lexis nexis they will find your relaties.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Just because unlicensed lenders have chosen to operate outside of the law does not mean YOU or anyone else should. I am locking this thread, this community does not advocate cheating the system - whether it be illegal lenders or any other entity.
