sending a letter is good,but you must close your current account and open a new one.do not send the letters until your money is secure.if you send the letters before your account is secure the pdl's will bleed you dry.pdl's are prohibited in NY therefore every pdl lent you illegaly.they won't play fair.once they realize you are taking steps to stop them they will only go further.close your account asap or at least put a hard block on it.make sure no transactions but deposits go through.

no they broke the law lending to you.you are obligated to pay what you borrowed.if you covered that with your pdl's you owe them no more.you see these places operate illegaly therefore they don't care about the laws.you did nothing wrong,they did when they lent you,but you must close your account or they will keep debiting.oh and that means they can't sue on an illegal debt that was paid.these places will lie to you left and right.don't believe a word of it.
