Payday Loans

Hello:
I have managed to get myself into payday loan debt and can't get out. I currently have two loans with the following companies:
Money2advance.com: $500 (principal)
AdvanceMeToday.com: $1000 (principal)
Each of these have a payment due on the 1st and 15th of each month. I am current on both of them, however, I can seem to get ahead because of all the interest that I pay. I live in NYC. Is there anything I can do?

Payday lending is prohibited in the state of New York. Thus, none of your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state. You will be liable for paying them only the principal balance. Once you pay off the principal balance, they won't be able to come after you for further payments. If they do so, it will be considered as illegal.
