You haven't mentioned the state you live in. If you want to deal with them and get rid of your payday loans, you need to know your state laws. You can check out your state laws from the given page: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html
If payday loans are illegal in your state, then you need to pay back only $315. You won't be liable for paying any other fees or charges. You can close your bank account so that the payday lender is unable to debit any further amount from your account.

It says right in my post that I am in NYS. The loans are illegal that's why I said I sent the letter. My bank won't do a stop payment against them and I don't want to close my account. Why can they still debit me if I revoked the authorization??
It's because they're illegal and do whatever they want to do. Yo
It's because they're illegal and do whatever they want to do. You're going to need to open a new account otherwise they will continue to draft it. Report Pay day loan yes to FTC, Attorney General, and BBB. I reported it to my Attorney General, I no longer heard from them...but then they had sold my debt (after I had paid them back more than what I borrowed) to a collection agency..I asked them for debt verification, they sent me a letter saying PIF. Trust me my friend, do these steps and you're golden.
I already reported them and it hasn't done anything. I can't clo
I already reported them and it hasn't done anything. I can't close my account, I've had it for 10 years. I asked them for a verification letter and they ignored me. They don't respond to any of my emails. I tried getting their address and phone # and they would not give it to me. They said because of "security issues". I have paid them in full plus more.
You're gonna have to close your account - regardless of how long
You're gonna have to close your account - regardless of how long you've had it.
Otherwise, I'm not sure what magic bullet you were expecting to find here?
