It says right in my post that I am in NYS. The loans are illegal that's why I said I sent the letter. My bank won't do a stop payment against them and I don't want to close my account. Why can they still debit me if I revoked the authorization??

I reported it to my Attorney General, I no longer heard from them...but then they had sold my debt (after I had paid them back more than what I borrowed) to a collection agency..I asked them for debt verification, they sent me a letter saying PIF. I already reported them and it hasn't done anything. I can't close my account, I've had it for 10 years. I asked them for a verification letter and they ignored me. They don't respond to any of my emails. I tried getting their address and phone # and they would not give it to me. They said because of "security issues". I have paid them in full plus more.

You're gonna have to close your account - regardless of how long you've had it.
