I borrowed $300 from Payday Loan Yes and have paid back $315. I sent them a letter revoking the authorization and wage assignment. They still took another $105 from my account yesterday. I even asked my bank to place a stop payment and they still took the money. I don't know what to do.

What state are you in?

I am in NYS. I sent them the letter and the bank was supposed to stop it but they took the money again anyway.
