I have all ready contacted Oak View Law Group and am considering their services. However, I am curious to see what doing it on my own would entail.

Paychecktoday - Borrowed $300 - have not made a payment yet

3bPaydayloans - Borrowed $300 - have not made a payment yet

Cashadvancenetwork - Borrowed $200 - paid $110

Instantloantoday - Borrowed $425 - have not made a payment yet

Quickest-cash-advance - borrowed $300 - have not made a payment yet

Paydayone - borrowed $500 - have not made a payment yet

1st Bank of Delaware - borrowed $925 - paid $198.21

Paydaymax - borrowed $490 - paid $63.57

Think Cash - borrowed $500, refinanced to $750, have paid $466.35

Fastmoney911 - borrowed $500 - paid $700

Any advice?

My 3b payday loans were sent to collections, what should I reply to the collection agency?

minsmi, I pm'd you the letter. If you need anything else let me know. If they continue to contact you after they receive the letter please be sure to note all the dates and times because if they are a 3rd party CA, it is violation of the fdcpa and you can call them on it. Hang in there.....Roxy

So I sent one of my collection agencys the debt validation letter and this is what the little twit replied:

Ms. ,

Based on your email below that you have copied off of the internet, we will code this account as a dispute. We will move forward with this claim as the previous corresponding emails below show your understanding of this claim and adherence to owing it and that your below email seems to be a ploy and an attempt to stall this matter. I wish you good luck, as I will only hold this claim at its current status for another 24 hours.

Regards,

Derrick Lynch

Director of Operations

OK, so I haven't heard much since sending out my letters to the PDL companies. Two however, have gone to collection agencies. How do I deal with them now? They are all ready on my credit report.

Also, the ones that i haven't heard from, what are they doing in the meantime? Do they ever just go away?

Thanks!
