Payday loans in Minnesota

I have three payday loans to the following companies:
Instant loan usa - $400
My Cash Now - $350
Ameriloan - $300
I have been making regular payments but this has not affected the original amount of the loan. I checked with Minnesota Department of Commerce but none of these companies appear to licensed in Minnesota. Could anyone tell me if I am obligated to continue paying them?
