By law are payday lenders obligated to offer extended payment plans to customers in Ohio who ask for them?

If your lenders are licensed and registered with the state, they are pretty much legal. If your lenders are CFSA members, they are obligated to give you one EPP per year. To find out if your lenders are CFSA member, just check their website and look for the badge. It should be on their homepage.
