I enrolled in a pay day loan "vallidation" and "consolidation" program before getting a hold of some important information. listed are the pay day loan lenders I have loans with:

AMERICAN WEB LOAN
ADVANTAGE CASH
are any of these licensenced in the state of PA? and if they are not am I obligated to pay back these loans? I have been paying these super high intrest rates? what can I do?? :confused:
