Ok here is an update from Mississippi. I have prepared all my letters I am going to the bank tomorrow to get my new account and close my old one. I have many reservations about this whole situation but I know it has to be done.

Here are my questions i spoke with a company called www.paydayloanhelp.com just to see what there service was they offered me a program starting with a payment of 306.90 and monthly payments of 290 has anyone used them or is it better to do it myself.

what kind of collection calls should i expect from discount advances and www.mycashtransfercenters.com

I don't have a lot of info but I can tell you to stay away from those places. You can do this on your own and save the cost of using the service. I see that Discount Advances is a Canadian company and I guarantee that they don't have a license to operate in Miss, the Miss law also states the loan has to come from a check cashing place, nothing about online lenders. the CashTransfer place is a little trickier because they are sticking pretty close to the law in that they only charge you $27 for each $100 that you borrowed, the law for Miss is $22. So I honestly don't know about that one. If you are going to open another bank account, I would try a completely different bank of possible, just in case. I would also wait until someone else here with more experience chimes in just in case. I would hate for you to be stuck with a bunch of NSF fees because these places are legit and you have to pay them.
