Istallment loans?

My husband and I both have installment loans at the same company. My first mistake!
We paid off the 1st one and had to reborrow due to financial reasons. Now i am no longer getting paid the same amount. I am actually making less money. I get paid 1100.00 a month. And my payment is 360 every two weeks. My husbands payment is 262.00 every 2 weeks.
Is there anyway to get out of our installment loans? Are we stuck? Can I offer them money and get a settlement
