Hi Abston
Can you tell us the state you live in? First check whether the PDLs are legal in your state or not. If they are not, you need to pay only the principle amount borrowed. However, I don't think that any of the PDLs you mentioned is legal. To know how to deal with illegal PDLs, you may visit the link http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html .

You will need to contact these lenders directly and request an EPP (Extended Payment Plan). I no longer live in Ohio so I am not very familiar with the laws pertaining to payday loans but I can tell you that there was a HUGE recent change in the way pdl's can lend money to consumers. Click the link below to read about pdl lender laws.

I believe the two lenders you mentioned are members of the CFSA (Link below).

This means you would be eligible for the EPP, this would stop the interest and allow you to pay them off in four equal payments, but you must request this BEFORE you default.

I figured they were store front loans, request the EPP from them as soon as possible. Good luck and please keep us posted. :)
