Help in ohio please

I lived in Ohio (loans are legal) I have 5 storefront loans and 2 internet loans, I will be filing for bankruptcy in a month or two (i have to get the money). I just need help and advice, I'm paying just in fees $500.00 every two weeks, paycheck is 09/18/09. I dont know what to do, so I default since I'm filing for bankruptcy and if so how do I go about closing my bank account ? I just truly don't have the energy to keep going through this, i keep drowing and drowing, i keep have to rely on getting a new loan to pay for the fees of my other outstanding loans... Please help what should I do ?

Also, if i default on those 7 loans, how long will they take them to take my case to court (garnish my wages) i dont want them to garnish my wages or have them press charges against me, but i have to wait two months come up with the money b4 filing for Chapter 7.

Please help me... i dont know wat to do, im so stressed out!
