I need help and fast please! I reside in Ohio. I have taken numerous payday loans in the past couple of years and they were helpful, but quite expensive, but did so with no other place to turn for short term financial assistance. Now, I obtained a 600. online loan with PayDayOne (Out of Ft Worth TX) and was unable to pay by the due date and then took a second from CashnetUSA (Out of Chicago,IL) to try and pay the original PayDayOne loan. Over the past couple months, I have been stuck in this whirlwind costling me thousands for paying one loan off to pay the other, paying extension, etc. and am unable to get out from under this. I am now to the point I have exhausted my extensions on the 600. loan coming due at 745. I called Cashnet USA to pay the extension only, but was told it was too late for me to call to extend it, would have to wait til it was returned by my bank which would take 3-4 days and call their collections dept. afterwards. I seen that they tried to process their full payment at approx. 1900. and it was returned, charging my acct. the return fee, then they turned around and tried to process it in 2 seperate charges in one day at approx. 950. each. My bank processed one at 950.00 placing my acct. in arrears, and they returned the second charge at 950. Problem is my acct. is now in the arrears and my bank will not close my acct with it in arrears and merely placed a hold on my acct whereas I will be charged Daily fees for being overdrawn until I place the acct in a positive balance, Now What the heck can I do?

CashNetUSA and PaydayOne are not payday lenders in the state of Ohio, they are credit service organizations and usually perfectly legal in what they charge. They do not have to follow the payday loan laws. It would be in your best interest to work something out with them.

Look over your loan contracts again to see what they have listed them selves as, short term lenders, personal lenders, etc?
