I would tell them to go piss up a rope, there isn't one single thing they can do to you, they wouldn't dare show their faces in a court of law. Tell them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine. By the way, I am moving this to the payday loan help forum so more people will see it.

A Starter Credit Direct and a 200cash.com Hit my Bank Account, they are taking money from me and I can not reach them or stop them. What do you suggest I do to get my mopney bank and stop the unauthorized Account deductions

I would contact your bank immediately. They might be able to put a debit block on your account, but the problem with this is that these PDL's are very sneaky and will hit you under another name. The only way to really take care of business is to close your account, get a new one and do not give out the number. Do this today--go into the bank if you have to.

YEP...........go 'close' your account and 'open' another one. You can do that at the same bank, too. I LOVE the way that some of the comments/replies were made..LOL SHAZZERS and PAUL gave me great advice ( a time or two..LOL) when I was dealing with PDL's. Hey, PDLOWNER..I'm curious on your 'feedback'/opionion on PDL's...if you don't mind.

I just found this website - thank god! I have 3 outstanding payday loans and live in SC - i had no idea about the laws in my state until i found you guys! I sent an email immediatly to LoanpointUSA - originally borrowed 300.00 and paid well over 2000.+, how sick is that - after i sent them email, they zero'd out my account immediatly - god i wish i had known this 2000.00 ago - i still have 2 outstanding, one with 'instantwagegs.com' and BIG Limited - i have had no luck getting thru to them, any ideas?

South Carolina requires Internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state, LoanPoint isn't, nor is BIG, I am unsure about instantwages but I am leaning more toward unlicensed for them also. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
thank you
i am so thankful that i found this website - getting into the payday loan trap is something that everyone should be aware of - and the companies are everywhere online - preying on people down on their luck and desparate. It makes me sick to think of the amount of money i have paid these people - way over the amount borrowed to begin with. Hopefully i'll be able to speak to someone at instantwages and BIG - any pointers on exactly what i should say? I would prefer not to close my account - but that may be the only way to stop the payments?

It really is the only way to stop them, especially BIG. Your account information will never be safe. Sorry.

calling won't help.if you do they will bleed the account dry.then they will call anyway when they can't debit due to your account being overdrafted.best to close the account, and tell people at work to say you no longer work there.do not tell them what you are planning, and do not trust them at all.
