I am in a payday loan mess... I live in OHIO and I have 7 online payday loans. I want to know if there is any agencies out there that help consolidate these loans.

First of all online Internet payday loans MUST be licensed in your state and abide by the payday loan laws, I am going to give you a link below to read your payday loan laws:

You can check their licensing status at the link below, keep in mind that some of these lenders may not be loaning as a payday lender but perhaps a short term loan, that means they wouldn't be required to follow the payday loan laws, I can tell you for sure that Eastside Lenders, Cashjar and Integrity Advance are definitely illegal in your state!

Payday one, Cashnetusa and Check n go offer something called the EPP (extended payment plan, this will allow you to pay these lenders off in 4 separate payments on each payday, the interest stops as soon as you sign up for the EPP. Check n go is a member of the CFSA ( Community Financial Services Association of America) click the link below:

Click the link below to read about the EPP,

Close your checking account asap, make arrangements with the legal lenders first, tell them you no longer have an account to draw from and can only make payments via the mail with money orders. Please understand that your account will never be safe again now that these illegal lenders have your account information, they can be dealt with later, take care of the legal lenders first and foremost.

I can't believe what I'm hearing! Msmistymitchell abused the system and you, Are you SURE about the law that you're quoting there? I think you'd better take a second look at the law prior to quoting it. It is abusers such as Msmistymitchell that cause problems for people who are responsible borrowers and reallyneed a loan like this every now and then! MsMistyMitchell - you are paying what you agreed to pay. I'm sure all of the SEVEN lenders would love for you to call and pay your debt off.
Disgusting - Sounds like a debt settlement plan is definitely a good option for you.

you are the disgusting one as the law shazz quoted is correct.btw if a lender is illegal then all bets are off.as for the legal ones.the EPP is there for a reason.so the borrower can pay in a manner that is beneficial to both parties.thanks for the opinion(an incorrect one)now take a hike mike!!!!!!!!!!
