need some help all store front pdl, cashland 1,000, checkland 400, advance america 500, national check cashers 900, always loans 300, ace cash express 1000, i havre set up plans with each, lost about 1200 per month out of my check because of new job.. ace told me today if i do not pay 300 by fri the 14th the will press charges of passing a bad check and that they will issue a warrent for me. i can only do 200, i opened up a new checking account. i already went bankrupt 2 times i am a loser i lost my house i can pay a little at a time . is payday store fronts in ohio cival or criminal. some are working with me some are saying they are going to call my work and embarres me. what should i do i can not sleep . can i pay a little at a time you guys are great. i just lost a big cut in pay and do not want to go to court or jail. please respond i posted yesterday, but ace called me at 630am to tell me tp pay 300 or a warrent will be served can they do that.. thanks i need peace

can you go to jail for defaulting on pdl i know i have to pay i switched banks so they can not take my check. i want to pay 100 at a time tilled paid off might not be on there time line can they get me in big trouble. sorry to be a whimp but i got in over my head because of loss of income
