I have several online installment loans that I am uncertain of the legality of them.
They are as follows
Arrowhead advance $300
Big picture loans $1000
Uncle war bucks $1000
Speedy loans $750

Can you please tell me if these are legal in Ohio and if they have to follow the same laws as pdl loans?
Of course they are telling me that they are and I am trying to get definite info before I fight with them.
I have paid the principle back on 2 of them already.
I appreciate any advice and info you can give me.

Big Picture loans - Tribal
Uncle war bucks - tribal
Speedy cash - legal
Arrowhead - Tribal, illegal

Just pay the principal amount to the illegal lenders. Revoke the ACH authorization fast because tribal lenders will automatically debit money from your bank accounts. The illegal lenders will ask you to pay as per the loan agreement. Don't listen to them. The loan agreement is null and void.

Speedy Cash has payment options. Try them.

Pat only the principal amount to the illegal lenders and you have to pay the interest along with principal to the legal one.

Without any delay, revoke the ACH asap. And after paying the principal amount, don't reply to any of these illegal lenders.
