I have 2 payday loans lingering... the first one is with Oneclick.. I took out $500 a few months back, got behind the payments and finally paid them $350 and agreed to pay them $150 x 2 (total of $650) to settle.. Well I never paid the other $300, just the one payment of $350.. So I would like to try to resolve this and pay it in full, what is my obligation to resolve this? The full $650?
2nd loan:
I owe Advance America for a $500 payday loan I took about 2 months ago. I never paid them a cent yet.. They are sending me notification that I owe $829 to pay the account in full.
My question is, (I live in Delaware), what is my total obligation to pay the loan off in full? I would like to know this so I can negotiate a settlement with them if they do this. I will have the ability to pay them a settlement next week.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

If these lenders are legal in your state (and Delaware laws were pretty lenient towards payday lending) then you may need to pay them the entire amount including charges and fees. You can check the licensing status of the lenders in the following link.
