BBB Response....Please Help

To Whom It May Concern:
We recognize this complaint as a response to a template of a form letter circulating the Internet. This form letter is full of mis-leading and inaccurate information. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
They want me to respond back. Any help as to what I should tell them ?

In response to your letter. I am disappointed that (name of company) has responded to my complaint with a computer generated letter. I am requesting the license number which enables (name of company) to extend payday loans to N.Y. residents. If said company refuses or is unable to provide a license number, it will not be difficult to assess they are unlicensed lenders making the alleged loan in question null and void. I rest my case.

I've been going back and forth with the BBB regarding Ameriloan.
I've been going back and forth with the BBB regarding Ameriloan. I keep getting the same canned response and I have responded the exact same way. The BBB just closed the case as being unresolved.

I'm not proud to say I'm experienced, unfortunately I fell into the same trap, just glad it's behind me now. Hopefully you will be able to stick around and help others once you have yours straightened out. Every post you make you accumulate points, and your points can be turned in for CASH!

I'm really not surprised, the BBB isn't a whole heck of a lot of help, BUT, your complaint is now logged, so others will be able to see just what type of sharks they are dealing with, and hopefully, they will look at the BBB report BEFORE they obtain a loan with Ameriloan.
