My question is what to I tell them I will settle for ? Do I pay the remaining $315 or do I tell them to take a hike since I overpaid so much prior ? Or, do I come up with a lower settlement offer since I overpaid. Any advice would be greatly appreciated....

whether you choose to pay is up to you.some have applied other loans in these cases.some have decided to pay on that particular loan.the part that disturbs me in their form letter is that they want a debit card #.i say NO WAY!!!!!!!respond that you want an address to send payment.no address no payment period.i personally wouldn't give them another dime.

I agree in that I think I shouldnt send another dime. However, if I dont ,am I going to go through this mega hassle like I am with Lighthouse Recovery in relation to a similiar situation with Kenwood Services ? When I closed my checking account, I never opened another. Its a temporary pain but I am in full control of my $$$

It is the same exact e-mail I get every couple days from US Fast Cash. They don't respond to any e-mails, and you cannot send a response to theirs. I would subtract what you overpaid from the balance and that's what you owe. How to pay them is another matter. Do NOT give them a debit card, credit card, bank account number. They've been sending me e-mails regularly ever since I sent my original revocation letter 7/27.

I keep receiving the same email from ace cash services. Are they affiliated with oneclick cash? I never logged onto the website because I refuse to give this company my new bank account information. Once you do then I'm sure they will go in and try to take every cent. I keep resending and faxing letters to ace cash services but of course get no response except for that standard email they send. I filed a complaint with the BBB but Ace Cash Services did not respond to it of course!

Some Indian voice ( hard to understand, couldnt even make out the return phone # ) left me messages that me or my attorney get in touch with them. Told me that if they dont hear from me, the only thing they could do is "wish me luck". Do you beleive that ? AMAZING !!!!!!!!

FYI... am assuming its oneclickcash.

to anyone out there with pay day loans. You tell them that you are closing your accoutn and do it!!!! You file complaints with the federal trade commission, your state attorney general, senator, congressmen, the news media, anyone......be speciic about what pay day loan companies. Some will clear your account as soon as you start questioning them!!! Others will harass you, just hang up. Owing money is a civil matter, not a criminal, they cannot arrest you or take your children away, or anything else they threaten!!!! Do not let them intimidate you, stand strong!!!!!! They also will nto take you to court as they are illegal and no judge will rule in their favor, as they overcharge interest, and violate about every federal banking law that exists..............................................but, even if the worst happened..which would be garnishing your wages, they can only get a small percentage, and that is still better than what happens when you allow them to keep taking money from your accounts........................do not pay them!!!!! They are not legal!!!!!!
