So I've sent both these companies C&D letters, both asking for a refund on the amount I've overpaid. I have received no response but when I login to website there is nothing under the column for next payment due / minimum due....but when I go to loan status it still has the full amount of what they say I owe. Im a Mass resident by the way. Any one know why this would be????

Thanks

Here are the laws for your state:
Massachusetts State Information

Small Loan Rate Cap
23% plus $20 administrative fee upon the granting of a loan

Where to Complain, Get Information:
Regulator: Massachusetts Division of Banks
Address: One South Station Boston MA 02110
Phone: (617) 956-1500

With that said, you are moral responible for paying the amount borrowed. No more and no less! You may want to contact the lenders to see if they want to give you a paid in full letter/refund.
