out of the blue for 2 weeks. and i had already sent the c & d letter. they are calling me at my job so i filed a complaint with
the bbb yesturday and today they call again what should be my
next step.?

Unfortunately it doesn't make much difference. One Click Cash is owned by an Indian tribe, so your state can't do anything to them. On the other hand, they can't do much to you either since sovereign immunity is only a shield, it doesn't make their loans legally enforceable. (that . . . and the fact that they would risk exposing the whole Indian thing as a bunch of BS . . . )
Bottom line is . . . they are gonna keep calling till they get paid. But if you can deal with that, there isn't much they can do to you.
