Is this pdl offshore ? Are they tribe? I have sent them several emails and reported them to my AG and bbb. I have asked them to contact me via email or us mail and they keep calling. Any suggestions? I'm in Florida.

Hi! Yes, they are an overseas scam pdl company. Don't accept their calls, hang up on them when they call, don't give them the time of day. Once they figure out there is no other way to communicate with you except via email, they will. The less you speak to them, the less they will call.
