So tried to post a few days ago but seem to be getting nowhere so figure ill try this again

I am way over my head in payday loan debt and am unable to pay it im sure some are about to be sent to collections and need advice on what to do I would like to try and do some sort of monthly debt consolidation but the one company Ive found good reviews etc on (Care One) the guy said i need 7500 in debt to do it

Here is a list of what I owe
Check n go 250
Money tree 350
Quik cash 342
Ace cash express 466
Check into cash 66
Cash net 187.50
123wages.com 279.00
Cash Store 500+ (has been sent to their corporate office)

Ok so editing this as ive just remembered 2 more that im pretty sure are illegal if idaho requires them to be licensed

Spot On Loans borrowed 300 from them think I paid little over 100 of it and they are now trying to require me to pay 4 payments of like 101.25 or something will look in my email

and then Vandelier Group (not sure if i spelt that right) But borrowed around 100-150 and paid them about 30 bucks however they kept charging my wells fargo account which is overdrawn causing fees

any advice on what to do? Im tired of them calling me, my friends and work

I live in Idaho BTW so im guessing that the cash net and 123wages.com ones are illegal?

At first you should check whether or not the payday loan companies are legal in Idaho. In this regard to make sure, you may collect information from the Idaho Department of Finance. You will be liable for the borrowed amount with charges, fees and interest, if the lenders are legal in Idaho. You can get free from this trap by paying only the principal amount to the illegal lender. Ask them for the refund if you have paid more than borrowed amount.
