Online Payday Loans - FL

Hi Everyone,
I am hoping that someone can help me. I am trying to find out if the online payday loans that me and my husband have are legal or illegal and if they are illegal how do I deal with them and what measures do I take. We live in FL so I am not sure what the FL law is:
Payday Loans:
Summit Grp LLC - 250.00
Payday-loan-yes.com - 300.00
Loanpoint USA - 300.00
Payday1 - 210.00
StarCash Processing - 250.00
National PDL (this is what showed up on the deposit) not sure which payday loan - 300.00
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
