Hi all,

First time poster long time lurker...

I have two PDL's out right now

IGGY LOANS: $400
MAXLEND: $1025

After looking through the forums, I followed OhioGals instructions step by step.

The letters were sent out yesterday through email and I am going to send them through US mail as well.

My question is has anyone had success with either of these companies? Have they been receptive to the plan of only repaying the principle on your terms?

Lastly if so on the above, how long did it take for them to answer

Any further help is greatly appreciated

Payday lending is prohibited in New Jersey. That means all lenders in your state are illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. In this case it would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. You may ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them.

you don't send a dime,or agree to send a dime until they agree to accept the principle.if they don't tough tittie for them, but wait for responses.i know they will argue with you,but they lost control when you secured your account.so again if they don't agree/accept that then they get bupkiss.

how much was debited by each lender?no pdl is legal in NJ so for example:

you borrowed 400.00 from iggy loans.they debit 105.00 three times.you only owe 85.00.now this was just an example.you might not even owe that.so try to recall how much was debited.btw once you secured your account they lost control.so if you do owe them then you pay only when they agree o the amount owed, and on your terms not theirs.

On the 400 from IGGY $300 has been debited so far in three transactions...In my later i stated that on 1/31/14 i will pay the remaining in a one time payment of $100..My account currently says i owe $520 with all of their extension crap

Maxlend has debited $274.60. I told them i will be the remaining balance of 750.40 in 10 installments of 75.04

What are the chances both of them agree to this and when should i expect a response?
