Western Sky loan w/o repaying?

So, we all know that Wesrern Sky is bogus in terms of state and federal law. They cannot garnish wages or take you to court. They can't do anything but bluff and threaten.
Here is my question: could you, hypothetically, take out a loan with Western Sky with the full intent if not paying them a dime? You would, of course, open a bank account specifically for this, or close your account after receiving the money.
I don't plan on doing this. Just curious what you guys think of this scenario.

I don’t think you should do
I don’t think you should do it. It’s a kind of cheating. If you already know that Western Sky is an illegal lender, then why you want to take out a loan from them? Don’t fall in illegal payday lenders trap. They will make your life painful.
