help w/opening new cking account

i am going to close my checking account at my credit union becuase i have 2 payday loans from speedycash and payday max. when i ask the credit union to open a new checking account will they pull a new chexsystems report. I just ordered mine and it does not have any reported information. however it has a lot of inquiries due to applying for payday loans. can they deny me a new checking account?
CU checking
I am with a credit union and they closed my bank account and opened a new one. I let them know what was going on and I didn't have any problems. Also, they may not even pull chexsystems. I know my CU doesn't use chexsystems.
