I got a online payday loan from another state besides TN. They are now wanting to sue me saying I didn't finish paying my loan off, but I paid way over the original amount I borrowed. Can the legally sue me?

Are the lenders legal? If legal, then you need to repay the loan with interest. If they are not illegal, then you just need to repay the principal amount only. However, illegal lenders can
sue the borrower if the debt is unpaid. Please mention the name of the lenders, we can tell you whether or not they are legal.

Can you state the name of the payday loan company? Do you know if the lender is legal or illegal? If the lender is illegal, then they can't sue you. If it's a legal payday loan company, then they can sue you for non repayment of the loan. In case of illegal payday loan company, you're only required to pay the principal amount.
