I have two PDL on with Spotloans and one with Idealgelt
both have been paid in full Principle ONLY. I have revoked ACH and sent the letters as per the directions found on this site but this is where I am at.
SpotLoans will not forgive the loan but hasn't tried to take any money out of ACH but the loan is adding up on their site. They sent me an e-mail requesting payment but I just resent them the original e-mail requesting the overpayment of $22 they owe me.
Idealgelt keeps trying to take money from my account with no success and they keep sending me e-mail wanting to set up payment arrangements and I keep requesting my $400 overpayment from them. Also Idealgelt was issued a desist and refrain letter via the state of CA but they will not acknowledge this.
I had two other lenders that provided PIF but no refunds and they are leaving me alone now. Yippee!
what should I do about the last two?
