No, i don't have any payday loans. The thing is my whole checking account was wiped out by a company named Geneva Roth, Now I have all these other companies calling me at work.SAying I owe them money. I have never heard of this company until, they took every dime I had. I have companies calling me by the name of, Loanshop online, LTS management services, and others that don't even leave a name. SAying that I owe them money. This happened 2 times 2 me. the 1st , I closed my account and opened a new one, but some how they managed to find out that account also. I feel like my whole life has been invaded. Needless to say, I won't be opening another checking account, so they can continue to take my hard earned money!

Have you spoken with your bank??
You can file a complaint with your bank for unauthorized charges. Depending on the bank, they should send you a letter to sign swearing that you do not know these people and so forth.
You have a limited time frame to do that though.
I know if all my money disappeared from my bank account I'd be calling the bank, the FTC, state attorney, fox news and everyone else I could possibly think of and pressing any and every charge available.

I'm not sure the legality of them in your state, but if they claim you owe money ask them to send you a statement of the debt, and what they think you have paid so far.
Also tell them that they are no longer allowed to contact you at your place of employment and if they choose to continue your employer will seek legal action. Even if it's not true.
Have you taken a look at your credit report by chance?
I mean, I can understand someone getting into your account once, but more than that, and different account numbers I'd start looking at people I let into my house a little more carefully if you know what I mean.
If they claim you owe a debt, thay have to give you proof of it upon request. Not doing so violates federal fair debt collection act and from that point you can report them.

All the rights you describe under the fdcpa only apply to collection agencies and debt buyers, not lenders trying to collect their own debt. If Kiki lives in a state like NC or TX, state debt collection laws there don't make this distinction so she might have some relief there.

I'm saying the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act doesn't apply to first party creditors. Don't put words in my mouth.

I wasn't trying to put words in your mouth. I was trying to see if I understood you correctly, which I apparently did not.
No need to get huffy.
