Also rolleovers are not permitted and it sounds like the $90 is a rollover fee.
Since the loan was for three hundred you have paid back $200 so you only owe them $100.

...on my own I think they did the loan through another company called Red River. So, Outback Buck has taken out one $10 and one $90 and Red River took out the other.

If I were you I would close my checking account and then contact them about the fact they are illegal and you are only willing to pay them principle balance.
Do not contact them until AFTER account is secure. Illegal PDLs are known to go in and take the entire payment out at once and even tack on more claiming it is interest or fees.
