I filled out an application with outback bucks to see how much I could get on a payday loan and what the terms would be. I signed an application only. In never saw a contract or anything like that. I decided not to go through with the payday loan but later that week they deposited the money in my account anyway. I tried to call all of the numibers listed on the website but they put me on hold and after about 15 minutes the calls get disconnected. Now they are withdrawing money from my account and I have no idea when these transactions will take place so they are overdrawing my account. Is there anything I can do?

I looked on the IN database and can not find them so they are illegal and a PDL has to be licensed in IN to be able to lend.

Also rolleovers are not permitted and it sounds like the $90 is a rollover fee.

Since the loan was for three hundred you have paid back $200 so you only owe them $100.

You can go to the sticky at the top of the forum about dealing with illegal loans and get more information.

It does not matter that it is internet. A company can be located in another state but they still require a license in IN.

If I were you I would close my checking account and then contact them about the fact they are illegal and you are only willing to pay them principle balance.

Do not contact them until AFTER account is secure. Illegal PDLs are known to go in and take the entire payment out at once and even tack on more claiming it is interest or fees.
