Outback bucks keeps refusing my certified mail

I sent Outback bucks a C&D letter through certified mail, regular mail, fax, and UPS. Except for the fax, all of the letters have been returned because they refused to sign for them. They are contacting me several times per day at home and at work. I do owe them $400 which was the original loan amount and I want to pay them back but they will not answer my emails on where to mail the money. Any suggestions?
i would email it to them and keep all of the refused mail as pro
i would email it to them and keep all of the refused mail as proof (as well as a copy of the sent email..). attach the fax confirmation to it. I would also send them a regular letter without a return address. it will not give you proof but they will open it!
