Hello Im writing this with a very heavy heart which is broken.

In Dec of 2008 I took out a total of (3)PDLS with the following companies (OutBack Bucks Loans), (UsFastCash), and Pack Management. I paid off 2 and had Outback Bucks left.

Recently I have received verocious/threatening calls from a man who references himself as Shane Lee from
Financial Accountablity Assoc Federal Legislation Law Firm # (951)543-4949/ 1(415)200-0257# (951)543-4948.

This man demanded that I write a letter stating I didn't intend to steal their money and fax it to him, with my credit card# for a balance of $945.00. I refused and requested that he provide something in writing he said no. Its to a point he has harrasses the company receptionist, my supervisor, other co-workers, and myself. i

I have experienced Panic attacks, extreme stress and embarrsement causing me to leave early and stay home out of fear. The calls won't stop-
All I want to do is pay them off what I owe-

I called Outback Bucks who stated my account was sent to Collections(Security Back-877-892-4325, whom said they don't have it.
When I contact him back to rationalize and explained he will get me suspended at work for the calls-He said Good Good and said Im in Big trouble now, I should of sent the fax, I better show up at Superior Court in Los Angeles with $8,000-$9,000 with my brother and sister (Whom were listed as references).

I contacted the FBI and FTC because I feel this man is a scam.
However what can I do at this point- Im at a loss and terrified.
Thanks so much

Hi there, well, I am here to tell you that payday loans are illegal in your state. Therefore, this loan is illegal! I don't think OutBuck Bucks is operating as a CSO (Credit Service Organization) in MD but you can call (410) 230-6100 to find out for certain.
I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!

I had a man call from the same place saying that I owed the same thing and I checked my statement and I never received a deposit from them and sent him a copy of my statement saying so and stated that if there is other documentation that he can provide showing that I tool a loan to please send back to me and he never responded.

Just giving some 'personal experience' advice here: When I was going through my PDL nightmares, of course, if I 'deefaulted' or was late on the loans, I was getting phone calls ALL the time!! I found out, from experts on this Forum, they (PDL Companies) can NOT take you to jail, come get you, etc. I actually played 'hardball' a few times, with the PDL Co's and said "here I am...come get me." So..NATALIE....listen to the advice others have to say. If PDL's are illegal in the state where you live, then they can't do anything to you ( sue you, I mean). SHAZZERS pretty good at getting to the 'root' of the problem, when it comes to PDL's. :D
