why do they say i have a outstanding payday loan i never got

Have you applied for payday loans in the past? If so, your information was probably sold and unfortunately these illegal lenders are using this information to apply and receive loans. I made the mistake of taking out PDL's, and I've paid them all back, but one of the illegal lenders is using my personal information to impersonate me as of Dec 14th and today I found out that my corporate credit card has been compromised.
