i took out a payday loan i made an agreement to pay back they took the first payment out and was not suppose to take another payment out for 2 weeks and went ahead and took another payment out which caused me overdraft fees. i have the agreement in writing. what can i do they say they are going to put me in jail

Personally it sounds like an illegal loan...no legal lender woiuld threaten prison.....debts are civil, not criminal.
Do you have a payment schedule in writing? If so, go to your bank and have them charge it back. Then close your account. Revoke your voluntary wage assigment....ASAP! Like tomorraw AM first thing.
