I have a pdl with Cash Taxi that is due Friday. It is a $225 loan that I am scheduled to pay $300 for. I have alreday overpaid another loan with them by $120. I live in NC and just realized all this is illegal. What should I do first? Revoke ACH? Thank you for any suggestions.

Payday lending is prohibited in NC. So Cash Taxi is also illegal in your state. You are liable only for principal balance. Don???t pay them any interest or fees.
