I sent my letter, have way overpaid principal on previous loan and would cover this principal! How should I respond to this reply?:

am responding to your email regarding your outstanding loan with Sure Advance.

Sure Advance is a company in good standing in the State of Delaware and a fully-licensed Delaware lender. Sure Advance does not do business in South Carolina, but did make an installment loan to you pursuant to your request made in Delaware via the Internet. The transaction is legal and compliant under Delaware law.

Sure Advance has modeled our installment loan product to disclose all information available. This pertinent information was shared with you prior to the funding of your loan. A loan agreement was presented to you on our website in Delaware after the completion of your online application which was done on May 10, 2013. Your current balance is $709.31.

Although we are not obligated to do so, and as a result of our commitment to customer service, we have stopped the daily interest accrual on your loan. We will accept $600.00 to satisfy this loan balance.

respond this way:

online lenders must be licensed in SC to lend to SC residents.therefore it really doesn't matter a lick about DE,DE law,or anything having to do with DE so since i waaaay overpaid the pervious loan i am applying that overpaid int to this loan.have a problem with that then extradite me to DE.

respond that way.

I'm tired of these companies claiming that since you visit via Internet it is like stepping foot in that state, country etc. if that was the case EVERY, and I mean EVERY Native American Tribe that runs a legal casino would also be operating them online for people to "visit".
