ok here is what i found out.. if there over seas there not state regulated there regualted by the fed government... so what that means is they don't have to be lic in your state.. it all depends on the country and the tready they have with our fed gov... so watch out guys if there out of the country you will need to pay them back without looking for an excuse on why you can't

lol You are so wrong, I for one would love to know where you obtained this information? Back up your statements with proof.

I've worked my way through the PDL maze with this site and with my State financial commission; if the federal government would regulate PDL's, we'd have one set of laws for everybody. I'd have to see the paperwork before I'd believe the Federal Trade Commission had PDL laws in place.

What is the source of this information? If a PDL is out of the country, say in Malta or India, why do I need to "watch out?" Someone's gonna hop a plane from New Dehli and come all the way over here to 'get' me for a $500 PDL? I somehow doubt that. Hey Shazzers or PaulMergel, how come you don't have a "sticky" on this site for federal government paydayloan treaties? (said while rolling eyes)
